Announcement of reorganization and personnel change

Tokyo — May 31, 2022 — Asteria Corporation (Japan listed, Security Code: 3853) announced today that it will introduce the following reorganization and personnel change, effective June 1.
1. Reorganization: The establishment of NoCode Promotion Office
Asteria will establish NoCode Promotion Office as a standalone department under the direct control of the president in order to raise awareness of “no-code”*1, which is the common feature of all our products, and also to contribute to promote digital transformation using no-code tools at a wide range of users and partner companies. Chief Transformation Officer (CXO) and Chief Evangelist*2 Iwao Nakayama will serve as the head of the office.
