MikoSea Inc. (hereinafter “MikoSea”), a 100% subsidiary of Asteria Corporation (hereinafter “Asteria”), hereby announces that at a shareholders meeting held on December 24, 2025, resolutions were passed to partially amend its Articles of Incorporation and to change its trade name and registered office location. Details are as follows.

3.Reason for Change

As part of the Asteria Group’s strategy to expand the adoption of no-code solutions among a broad range of users, including both corporate and individual customers, MikoSea has decided to change its trade name to “Asteria Canvas Inc.”

The name “Canvas” represents a vision in which anyone can easily create no-code products, just like a canvas on which is able to paint freely.
