Tokyo – June 25, 2026 — Asteria Corporation (hereinafter the “Company”) hereby announces that it resolved to change the trade name of its consolidated subsidiary, Asteria Vision Fund Inc. (Texas, USA) on April 24, 2026, and that the registration of the change was completed on June 4, 2026.
