Information is published on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s “Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet)” and the company website to ensure broad public access.
How Asteria discloses information
Asteria discloses information through “Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet)” provided by Tokyo Stock Exchange for timely disclosure. At the same time, the information is posted on the company’s website so that it is more widely published outside the company.
Quiet Period
We designate the period from the day following the quarterly closing date until the financial results announcement as a quiet period to prevent the leakage of financial information (including interim and quarterly results) and ensure fair disclosure. During this time, we refrain from commenting on or responding to inquiries regarding financial results, as well as from holding individual meetings or analyst briefings. However, if a significant deviation from the earnings forecast becomes apparent during the quiet period, we will promptly disclose such information.
