Dividend Policy
Until the fiscal year ending March 2029, the final year of the Medium-Term Management Plan, Asteria Corporation will pay ordinary dividends based on a progressive dividend policy, targeting a 30% consolidated dividend payout ratio (excluding temporary gains and losses from the sale and valuation of shares, etc.). Accordingly, the dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 has been set at 10.00 yen per share.
Share buybacks will be evaluated and executed adaptively, considering a range of factors including the development of new technologies and products, the status of business investment projects and more.
